These terms cover Clockness: the website at clockness.app, the clocks you download from it and our accounts on social networks. By using them you agree to these terms.
Who we are
Clockness makes animated clocks for your screen. Questions about these terms go to info@clockness.app or through the feedback form.
Using the clocks
- The clocks are free to download and use on your own computers.
- Do not sell the clocks, bundle them with other software or publish them as your own work without our written permission.
- Install clocks only from this website, so you know they come from us.
Our content
The clock designs, images, videos and texts of Clockness belong to us. You may share links to our pages and posts. Other use needs our permission.
No warranty
The website and the clocks are provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any loss or damage that comes from using them, to the extent the law allows.
Social networks
Clockness has accounts on Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, TikTok and YouTube. The Clockness apps use the APIs of these networks only to publish posts about our clocks to the Clockness accounts and to read back the posts of those accounts. They do not ask other users to sign in.
When you view our posts on a network, its own terms apply: Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, TikTok, YouTube. How we handle data is described in the Privacy Policy.
